Strategic Goals

The mission, vision and policies of the university have been updated and announced on the website with the participation of stakeholders in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Eleventh Development Plan (2019-2023) of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Strategy and Budget.

The faculty aims to be a reliable and preferred organisation that strives to meet the needs and expectations in education and academic studies, internalizes moral values theoretically and practically, produces solutions for social needs and problems.

The faculty continuously improves its education, research and service processes to meet the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

“Quality and Accreditation Commission” and sub-committees have been established in line with the mission, vision and strategic objectives of the faculty quality policy. One of the sub-committees is the "Quality Assurance System Subcommittee" carries out the activities related to the organization, coordination and supervision of the quality studies of the Faculty.

The Quality and Accreditation Commission and sub-committees are organized to cover all processes carried out in the faculty. In this context, activities are planned and carried out in cooperation with the Strategic Management and Quality Office of the Rectorate. In line with the strategic goals of the University, the priorities of the Faculty in the fields of education, training and research development, internationalization, management services and community service are followed. In addition, these commissions are effectively included in the faculty management system (organizational chart), and in this way, internal stakeholders in the Faculty are also provided with the dominance of the processes carried out.

An evaluation, monitoring and continuous improvement mechanism covering all processes from newly enrolled students to graduate students has been established in education and training activities. It is aimed that the continuous improvement system supports and guarantees the quality assurance system. The compliance of the continuous improvement action plan of the Strategic Management and Quality Coordinatorship with the follow-up mechanism is ensured.
